Two families with different parenting styles decide to open a restaurant together. The restaurant’s grand opening exposes the struggles that the children have been facing, without their parents’ knowledge, and forces the adults to examine their own ideas about what it means to be Egyptian, Coptic, Canadian, traditional, modern and conservative all at once.
